Use Hoopoe responsibly.

This policy explains what customers may and may not do when using Hoopoe with AI, automation, publishing, inbox, CRM, and connected social accounts.

Allowed uses

  • Manage brands, campaigns, content, publishing queues, customer conversations, and analytics for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Connect social accounts only through official platform authorization flows.
  • Use AI generation as an assisted drafting workflow with human review for regulated, sensitive, or high-risk content.
  • Respect platform rules, rate limits, intellectual property, privacy rights, and anti-spam requirements.

Prohibited uses

  • Connect, access, scrape, publish to, or message from accounts you do not own or administer.
  • Generate or distribute spam, phishing, malware, deceptive engagement, impersonation, illegal content, or hateful harassment.
  • Bypass platform permissions, automate actions outside approved API scopes, or hide the identity of the responsible customer.
  • Upload secrets, passwords, payment data, private credentials, or sensitive personal data into prompts unless you have a lawful basis and authorization.

Platform compliance

Customers must follow each connected platform's terms, policies, content rules, messaging limits, and review requirements. Hoopoe may restrict features when a platform has not granted production access.

Enforcement

Hoopoe may suspend connections, remove queued actions, limit automation, or close workspaces that create risk for users, platforms, or the public.

Report suspected misuse, unauthorized account access, spam, or privacy concerns to support@hoopoe.ai or through the contact page.
