Account, workspace, campaign, billing, support, and connected-channel data help Hoopoe provide the service you request.

Connected account tokens are protected

OAuth credentials are used only to connect, read, publish, and maintain accounts you authorize.

AI stays inside your brand context

Prompts, drafts, and performance insights are processed to support your workspace, not to sell your data.

Data we collect

Hoopoe collects the information needed to provide an AI marketing operating system, maintain secure workspaces, and connect the channels you authorize.

Account and workspace

How we use data

We use personal data to provide the service, honor your settings, support your workspace, protect the platform, and meet legal obligations.

  • Create and manage your account, workspace, roles, and permissions.
  • Connect eligible social channels through official platform authorization.
  • Publish approved posts, schedule campaigns, and recover failed publishing jobs.
  • Display comments, messages, leads, analytics, and performance recommendations.
  • Generate content drafts, reply suggestions, hashtags, SEO notes, and campaign improvements.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, trials, and plan changes.
  • Protect Hoopoe, detect abuse, verify webhook signatures, and investigate incidents.
  • Send operational notices about account access, billing, connection health, and policy changes.

AI processing

Hoopoe uses AI to draft content, suggest replies, organize conversations, recommend campaign improvements, and summarize performance. AI output is designed to stay reviewable by your team before publication unless you explicitly configure an automation rule to publish a low-risk action.

We do not sell your workspace content. We do not use your private customer content to train a public model. Your prompts and outputs are processed to provide Hoopoe features and improve reliability, safety, and abuse prevention.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only when needed to provide Hoopoe, comply with law, process payments, run infrastructure, or send approved content to platforms you connect.

Hoopoe does not sell personal information. If a business transfer occurs, affected customers will receive notice where required.

Security and retention

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect workspace data, including encrypted transport, role-based access, workspace isolation, audit logs, and token protection.

Account dataFor the life of the account, then deleted or anonymized after closure unless retention is legally required.
Workspace contentRetained while the workspace is active. Deleted workspace content is queued for purge according to the workspace retention settings.
OAuth tokensDeleted when you disconnect the account or revoke platform access.
Audit and security logsRetained for security, abuse prevention, compliance, and dispute handling.
Aggregated analyticsMay be retained in anonymized or aggregated form after account closure.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to a regulator.
